The Institution of Green Engineers (IGEN), is dedicated to advancing green engineering principles to promote sustainability, reduce environmental pollution, and ensure public health without compromising economic and technical efficiency.

The Institution of Green Engineers (IGEN), connects green professionals worldwide, working towards United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and providing solutions for a sustainable greener future through the 9colour nonagon VIBBGGYOR society. We are now a 12A, 80G, CSR, and NITI Aayog indexed institution, and we are working on the actions listed to help the environment green.

  • • Unite professionals and practitioners to foster a global green community through IGEN Junction Membership Platform.
  • • Develop and implement sustainable environmental solutions and promote green engineering in design, products, processes, and systems through the IGEN Research & Innovation Consortium.

2. Research and Innovation: Through the IGEN Research & Innovation Consortium, we develop and implement sustainable environmental solutions, encouraging innovation in green engineering design, products, processes, and systems.
3. SDG-Based Action Projects: We promote and drive the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through practical and impactful initiatives under the IGEN SDG Projects, ensuring measurable progress towards sustainability.
4. Educational and Industry Partnerships: Via the IGEN Green Sustainability Partner Program, we assist educational institutions and industries in mapping and embedding the SDGs into both academic curricula and non-academic activities, fostering awareness and action at all levels.
